We are hearing rumours that Scottish International Stuart Hogg has allegedly been offered a staggering £1M to move to France for the 2019/20 season!

The Scots full back has reportedly been offered the cash to make the move from Glasgow to……Montpellier. The French club already have a reputation for luring World class players having recently tempted Louis Picamoles back from Northampton for a similar fee, and also having the likes of Ryan Pienaar, Aaron Cruden and Nemali Nadolo on the books.

The Top 14 side are bankrolled by billionaire Mohed Altrad. In an interview with The Mail on Sunday, Altrad, said: “It is up to Vern to propose players and it is up to me to say “Yes” or “No.”

“Most of the time I would say “Yes”. Vern has not yet mentioned Hogg to me, but of course we would be interested if it becomes an option. He is an absolutely talented guy.”

Could be a very interesting time for some players and agents over the coming months to see who calls them and who is prepared to open their wallets!!

We will keep you all posted……
